Russia is recruiting drug addicts in Sweden for sabotage in its "Hybrid War" against Europe, targeting arms production facilities and energy plants.

These agents are less conspicuous and go unnoticed by security forces, who classify them as common criminals rather than foreign operatives. The Swedish intelligence service Säpo warned of an increased risk of Russian attacks in the country last summer.
