Russia is suspected of mining critical underwater infrastructure

An investigation by Belgian newspaper De Tijd and Follow the Money (FTM) has revealed that 167 non-military Russian ships have conducted 945 suspicious activities near critical infrastructure in the North Sea over the past decade.
