Terrorism in Europe 2024: Rising Youth Involvement, Hybrid Threats, and an Unstable Geopolitical Context

The Europol TE-SAT 2025 Report, published on June 25, offers a detailed and alarming snapshot of the terrorism landscape in the European Union in 2024. A total of 58 terrorist attacks were reported across 14 EU Member States: 34 were carried out, 5 failed, and 19 were foiled. Additionally, 449 individuals were arrested for terrorism-related offenses in 20 EU countries.
